I remember a man who had so much love. I remember a man was always so happy. I remember a man who had so much life. I remember a man who knew how to be a friend. I remember a man who would come and visit and I would have so much fun with. I remember a man who put chair railing up in my room so I could decorate it just how I wished. I remember a man who talked me through a break up with my boyfriend. I remember a man who would ask me how my dating life was and if I had good friends. I remember a man who was interested in my day to day life. I remember a man who made me feel like I was the most beautiful person on this earth. I remember a man who would try to make me drink garlic water to keep me healthy. I remember a man who LOVED to laugh. I remember a man who would work hard. I remember a man who loved his family. I remember a man who loved to take walks and say hi to everyone he passed. I remember a man that everyone fell in love with. I remember a man that taught me how to make homemade noodles and chicken noodle soup. I remember a man who would always pretend he would crack an egg on my head while we made chicken noodle soup. I actually could go on and on... My grandfather died today. I couldn't go to bed without writing this. I never want to forget what a wonderful person he is. My grandfather lived in Canada and I never got to see him on a routine basis. I remember being so happy when my father would tell me that my grandfather was coming to stay. My Grandpa would stay for months and I loved every bit of it. I loved that he wore tattoo's on his body. He wasn't proud of it, but it told a story of how he lived and how he overcame trials. My grandfather taught me to never give up and always work hard. His life was not perfect, but he kept working and all I can remember is the perfect parts. Grandpa, I love you!! I know you will always be my Guardian Angel.

How cute is he and your grandma! You were so fortunate to know your grandparents. I didn't know mine. He sounds like he was a great man!
What a touching post, I'm sorry for your loss! He seemed like an incredible man!
Amber I love you and your family so much and my prayers are with you. I met your grandpa a couple of times and he was, is a great man.
Amber, Nicole just told me this morning. I didn't know. I am sooo sorry! He was "truly" a wonderful man - a wonderful example of how to LOVE family.. Too bad there aren't MORE men out there like him - although your Dad definately is!!! LOL & Prayers Cheryl
