It is not attractive to toot your own horn!!

The latest book I have read is called a The Red Bird Christmas. During the reading it became apparent that it is is NOT attractive to toot your own horn. Well....(Melanie) Is it okay to toot my husbands horn???? I just have to say how proud I am of him. We recently went up to Salt Lake City to the Grand America for Mike's Work Christmas Party. Every year they give the coveted award of Salesman of the year. This year they started the announcement by saying the award winner has worked hard and had to overcome obstacles. (I tuned out because I thought it didn't apply to my husband.) They then announced the name Mike...(How many Mike's are there???? So I continued to tune out)Then they said the name Rees... (Holy Cow!!!! That's my husband!!! I was shocked!!!!) Mike was just as shocked as I was... (I wish I had the camera to prove it!!) I am so proud of him and am so thankful that he works so hard to take care of his family. THANK YOU MIKE!!

This is a picture of the trophy. We are still waiting for the plate with his name engraved on it. Can't wait!!
